1. Introduction

Happy Actions ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. Happy Actions is a family growth companion app built around the PAA philosophy — Plan together, Act together, Achieve happiness. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our app to make plans, record actions, and share progress with family and friends across iOS, Android, macOS, and web platforms.

2. Information We Collect

• Authentication Data: When you sign in via Google or Apple, we collect your email address and basic profile information to create and manage your account.
• Plan & Action Data: We store the plans you create, the actions and results you record (including photos and written reflections), and completion history.
• AI Assistant Data: To provide encouragement and contextual feedback, your action records and conversation history with the AI assistant are processed on our servers. We do not use your personal data to train general AI models. You can view, edit, or delete AI memory at any time in Settings.
• Social & Group Data: When you join or create a family or friends group, we store group membership information, shared plans and action progress, and chat messages between group members.
• Usage Data: We collect app usage patterns to improve performance and user experience.
• Transaction Data: We receive confirmation of payment for subscription services. We do not collect or store your credit card numbers.

3. How We Use Information

We use your data to provide personalized plan and action tracking, AI-assisted encouragement, and social group features; to facilitate communication between family and friends; to manage subscriptions; and to provide customer support via [email protected].

The AI assistant uses your recorded actions and preferences to provide contextual, personalized encouragement. This processing is conducted on secure servers and your data is not shared with third parties for advertising or general AI training purposes.

Our application may use third-party service providers (such as AI inference providers and cloud storage) to deliver specific features.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

• Retention: We retain your data as long as your account is active to provide personalized plans, actions, AI, and social features.
• Service Termination: In the event the app is discontinued, all user data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 90 days of service cessation, unless otherwise required by law.
• Deletion: You can request account deletion via App Settings → Account → Delete Account. All data including plans, action records, AI memory, group content, and personal identifiers will be permanently removed within 30 days of the request.

5. Children's Privacy

Happy Actions is designed for teens and adults, and our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly. 4. 数据保留与删除

• 删除：您可通过「设置」→「账号」→「删除账号」申请删除账号。包括计划、行动记录、AI 记忆、群组内容及个人标识符在内的所有数据将在申请后 30 天内永久删除。

5. 儿童隐私
