1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Happy Actions, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. Happy Actions is designed for teens, adults, and families who want to plan and track personal growth together. You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. User Conduct and Zero Tolerance Policy

You agree not to post the following: illegal content, pornographic content, violent content, hate speech, harassment, misinformation, spam, or infringing content.

Happy Actions enforces a Zero Tolerance Policy for the above. Any account posting such content will be immediately deleted, the content removed, and the incident may be reported to relevant authorities.

4. Content Reporting and Handling

4.1 If you find content that violates these Terms, you may report it by:

• Tapping the "Report" button on the content
• Or emailing [email protected] with screenshots and links to the offending content

4.2 We commit to reviewing all reports within 24 hours and will take the following actions on violations:

• Remove the violating content
• Restrict or permanently ban the offending account

4.3 You may also block other users via Settings → Block User to prevent unwanted interactions.

5. AI Assistant Use

Happy Actions provides an AI assistant that accesses your recorded actions and conversation history to offer personalized encouragement and contextual feedback. By using the AI assistant, you agree that:

• AI responses are for personal motivation and informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).
• Your action records and interaction history may be processed by AI inference services to generate responses.
• You can view, edit, or delete AI memory at any time in Settings.
• We do not use your personal data to train general AI models.

6. Social Features and Group Guidelines

Happy Actions allows you to create or join family and friends groups to plan together, share action progress, and chat. When using social features:

• Plans and action progress shared within a group are visible to all group members.
• Group owners are responsible for managing group membership and shared content.
• You may leave a group at any time via Settings.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create. By posting content, you grant us a license to store, display, and distribute that content within the app.

8. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with advance notice of significant changes.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages.

使用快乐行动 Happy Actions 即表示您同意本服务条款。如不同意，请停止使用本应用。

2. 用户资格

您需年满13周岁方可使用本服务。快乐行动面向希望一起制定计划、共同记录成长的青少年、成年用户及家庭设计。注册时须提供真实信息。

3. 用户行为规范与平台零容忍政策

您同意不发布以下内容：违法内容、色情内容、暴力内容、仇恨言论、骚扰内容、虚假信息、垃圾信息、侵权内容。

快乐行动对上述不良内容实行零容忍政策（Zero Tolerance Policy）。任何发布上述内容的用户账号将被立即删除，内容将被移除，并可能向有关部门报告。

4. 内容举报与处理机制

4.1 用户发现任何违反本协议的内容时，可通过以下方式举报：

• 点击内容右上角的「举报」按钮
• 或发送邮件至 [email protected]（请附上违规内容截图及链接）

4.2 我们承诺在收到举报后 24小时内 完成审核，并对违规内容采取以下措施：

• 删除违规内容
• 限制或永久封禁违规用户账号

4.3 用户可通过「设置」-「屏蔽用户」功能，自行屏蔽其他用户的骚扰行为。

5. AI 助手使用条款

快乐行动提供 AI 助手功能，可访问您的行动记录和对话记录，以提供个性化的鼓励与上下文反馈。使用 AI 助手即表示您同意：

• AI 回复仅供个人激励和信息参考使用，不构成专业建议（法律、医疗、金融等）。
• 您的行动记录及交互记录可能由 AI 推理服务处理以生成回复。
• 您可随时在「设置」中查看、编辑或清除 AI 记忆。
• 我们不会将您的个人数据用于通用 AI 模型训练。

6. 社交功能与群组规范

快乐行动允许您创建或加入家人/朋友群组，一起制定计划、分享行动进展并聊天。使用社交功能时：

• 群组内共享的计划与行动进展对所有群组成员可见。
• 群组 Owner 负责管理群组成员和共享内容。
• 您可随时通过「设置」退出群组。

7. 内容所有权

您保留对所发布内容的所有权，但授予我们在应用内存储、展示和分发该内容的许可。

8. 服务变更

我们保留随时修改或终止服务的权利，将提前通知重大变更。

9. 免责声明

本服务按"现状"提供，我们不对服务的准确性、完整性或适用性作任何保证。

10. 责任限制

在法律允许范围内，我们对任何间接损失不承担责任。
