Terms of Service for SAT Prep

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SAT Prep mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Educational Content Disclaimer

• Source of Content: The vocabulary, Reading & Writing practice questions, and skill explanations provided in the App are curated based on the publicly available Digital SAT (College Board) test specification, educational standards, and general English language pedagogy.
• No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we strive for high-quality content, we do not guarantee that the specific words or questions provided will appear on any actual SAT examination.
• No Responsibility for Performance: SAT Prep is a supplementary study tool. We are not responsible for, and expressly disclaim any liability regarding, the user's actual exam performance, scores, or admission results to any educational institution.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

• Processing: All financial transactions are processed securely through the app store you purchased from (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
• Authorization: By initiating a purchase, you authorize the charge to your designated payment method through your Google or Apple account.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a structured refund policy to balance user flexibility with our operational costs:

• Within 48 Hours: A full refund (100%) is available if requested directly through the app store within 48 hours of the initial purchase.
• Between 48 Hours and 90 Days: If a refund is requested after the first 48 hours but within 90 days of purchase, a 50% partial refund may be granted at our discretion. Users must contact our support team at [email protected] with a valid Order ID to process this request manually.
• After 90 Days: No refunds will be issued for any reason after 90 days from the date of purchase.
• Promo Codes: Any subscription activated via a promotional code, voucher, or institutional gift is strictly non-refundable.

5. Account Management & Deletion

Users have the right to delete their account and all associated learning data at any time via the "Delete Account" option within the App settings. Once requested, all learning data will be permanently removed from our Cloudflare D1 servers within 30 days. After this period, the data cannot be recovered.
